Convergence Server tracks each employee's training status, allows students to progress at their own pace and monitors and records their progress. Training time, test scores and test responses are recorded for reporting. Extensions to the LMS such as Bar Code scanners and PDA training modules provide valuable extended testing and tracking capabilities unavailable in other training systems.
