Technical support for Capstone products or general technical issues can be reached by calling 360/834.0991 Ext 0. PARCSuite and MACS products come with free technical and upgrade support for one year from date of purchase.

Premier Support Services (24 hours / 7 Days)

For premier clients that have purchased products or services previously from Capstone can access technical support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Response time will be within 2 hours. Potential clients that would like to access this service may do so on a pay per issue basis.
