Administrators - Convergence Server facilitates grouping employees and training materials which allows management and supervisors to more efficiently deliver standardized content to workers. Our LMS is a powerful tool that will not only streamline the delivery of content, but also increase accountability across the workforce by tracking individual and group training results.
Employees - Employees receive training that is served to them under a pre-configured training plan. A training plan is made up of training objects which can be any combination of computer-based courses, task-based activities, classroom training and meetings, and various documents such as Microsoft Word or PowerPoint.
